Avoid styling as much as possible, structure is more important

              As we may say good health lies on the nutritious food we eat and a regular excercise. We must be encouraged to observerd proper diet and nutrition to enhance their learning and thinking abilities. The most critical need ot the brain is oxygen. Apart from that, other neurotransmitters either slow or enhance learning and thinking. Tyrosine, usually found in protein rich food, boosts alertness and mental performance. Foods rich in protein include eggs, fish, pork, chicken, yogurt and cheese.

               Proper Nutrition also means keeping saturated fats low and iron levels normal. Carbohydrates should be taken late in the day, not early. Too much time in between eating can cause loss of concentration and can decrease alertness. We must be encouraged to eat nutritious snacks througout the day.
