I'm going to Dubai for a month this summer. I'm pretty hyped!

Apartheid: That isn't called Apartheid, its called Capitalism, and just about every developed country in the world has a class system. This isn't a minority race ruling the majority race, which would be Apartheid. This is rich people ruling the poor people.

Discrimination: Yea, you're right, this is Discrimination. Sadly it is this policy that makes Dubai a kind of place where it could provide its citizens free health-care, electricity and gas. As well as a free home for couples. The state is trying to maintain Arab control of an Arab Emirate.

Injustice: that is the consequence of being an 'International City.' They are very harsh to foreigners when it comes to their criminal records. But what immigration department isn't. This could be changed, but I personally don't think that UAE should condone a illegal drug-user entering their country. Whether Marijuana should be illegal or is another issue.

Unbearable heat: Yes it is hot, that is undeniable, but not hot enough to melt the soles of your shoes. You must have gotten some very cheap shoes if they were to break that fast in that heat. Where I live it has gotten to 110F plenty of times and my shoes never melted or broke or anything, nor do I know anyone who has.

You brought up some valid arguments but I think you can attack Dubai far better than what you just wrote. You can write about the mistreatment of the workers, ect.
