Sony has unveiled a 1080p camera that's more pros that cons and is worth the asking price of $159 retail. I personally bought one and was very impressed with it's features. The battery life lasted the fours hours as advertised, almost to a tee. The camera has superior movie quality that can not be matched within the price range. There are several versions but they all record and snap pictures at an amazing 1080p quality.

The Pros

It has 1080p recording

Take up to 1000 pictures

Sleek and light weight and fits in many phone carrier cases

Take a picture while recording video

Built in USB (that flips out) so no wires

Has the software on it and it can not be deleted by mistake

Many color choices

Upload to Youtube, Facebook and other social networks easliy once plugged into a computer

Auto focuses on faces

The Cons

Can only recharches via USB, not neccessarily a computer

Auto focus can take some seconds to aim correctly and focus, poorly at night

No flash - which makes night pictures a bad idea
