You a symbol of

Courage

You are everywhere

We Can Do It!

You say

Red bandanna with white polka dots

Blue-collared shirt

Does the red represent blood?

Does the blue represent tears?

You are representative of the

Blood

Sweat

Tears

That women like you have

Exhausted

Here you were given strength to

Become what many have

Ignored

Doubted

Riveter you are

Your hand

A fist

Your arm

Somehow masculine

However feminine at the same time

We do not have to be like men to succeed

To be seen as

Strong

Confident

Rosie the riveter

You are everywhere

Posted on the walls

Of those who admire you

A symbol of

Past

Present

Future

Strength

You have become

Alive

In our eyes

You are within me

You are within us all
